Today’s Shiv Shakti – Tap Tyaag Tandav episode starts with an extremely heart-wrenching scene, where Lord Shiva, hurt by the sorrows of the world, leaves Kailash without any destination. With every step he takes, fire begins to ignite and an atmosphere of fear prevails in the universe. Karthikeya, Ganesh and Nandi try their best to stop them. Nandi laments that without Mahadev, Kailash will become desolate and they will all become orphans, but Mahadev continues to move ahead in silence.
Filled with guilt, all the gods including Indradev fall at the feet of Mahadev and beg for forgiveness. Varundev admits that everyone has hurt Mahadev’s heart knowingly or unknowingly. Indradev, considering himself guilty for his arrogance and mistake, promises never to disappoint Mahadev in future.

Despite this, Mahadev does not listen to anyone and continues on his path of renunciation. When Ganesha stubbornly takes his hand, Mother Parvati intervenes. She explains to Ganesha that Mahadev is the Shiva of Shakti and he himself will decide his path. She also assures that she will bring Mahadev back herself.
On the other hand, Asur Mata Diti wants to capitalize on this condition of Mahadev for her own selfish purposes. She feels that she can get the blessing of heaven from Mahadev absorbed in renunciation. By blocking their path, Diti expresses her grief over years of neglect and asks for heaven as justice. Mahadev places his hand on Diti’s head and at that very moment she starts seeing a horrifying vision of the future.
Diti sees that the demons take over heaven and declare her their queen, but this victory proves to be momentary. Due to greed for power, the demons start fighting among themselves. Rahu and Ketu rebel against Diti and order her capture and ultimately Ketu causes her murder. Seeing this scene, Diti screams in fear and returns to the present. Then he understands that Mahadev had actually saved him from destruction by not giving him heaven.
In this way, in today’s episode, Mahadev leaving Kailash and Diti turning away from her greed and understanding the glory of Mahadev becomes the biggest turning point of the story. It will be interesting to see in the upcoming episodes whether the love and power of Mother Parvati will be able to calm Mahadev’s renunciation and whether the universe will be able to survive this great destruction.
